This is the firm’s first exclusive six-month legal incubator. Founders will gain direct access to The Paul Firm founder Rena Paul, Esq., an experienced legal and business strategist who will serve as outside counsel on risk management, compliance, employment, brand protection, and more. Participants will receive legal advice with a business sensibility, strategic business insight, and the caliber of counsel typically reserved for established companies.
You’ll also gain access to our trusted network of exceptional attorneys and vetted vendors for specialized needs as your business grows.
Enrollment is intentionally limited to 8 founders to ensure personalized attention, and we’re already half full.

Two Hours of Dedicated Legal Time. Use your two hours however you need, including for risk assessment, general business guidance or just talking through what’s keeping you up at night.

Access to Our Network. We’ve got a great network of attorneys and vendors. We’ll refer you to trusted attorneys and vendors in our network where necessary.
