Work With Us

  • About the Role

You’ll be the operational backbone for a growing advisory and legal services company. This role is ideal for someone who loves variety, learns fast and wants to be part of building and scaling something from the ground up.

You’ll move between operations, analysis, research, investigative support, and special projects.

If you’re energized by solving problems, making systems smoother, and using AI as a force multiplier, you’ll fit in well.

    What You’ll Do

    • Manage day-to-day operations: scheduling, workflows, internal systems client processes, and task coordination

    • Use AI tools to streamline tasks, draft content, summarize info and support business development

    • Conduct research and preliminary investigations (public records, timelines, document review, fact summaries)

    • Build and refine operational processes, templates and frameworks

    • Maintain databases, pipelines and internal dashboards

    • Assist with project management across client and internal projects

    • Support business growth by helping with proposals, marketing operations and platform development

    • Handle special projects that require curiosity, precision and discretion

    • Serve as a trusted thought partner to the founder

    What You Bring

    • A spirit of curiosity and excitement about the work

    • Strong analytical thinking and excellent attention to detail

    • Comfort using AI tools (or eagerness to learn fast) to enhance workflow and productivity

    • High integrity, strong judgment, and comfort handling sensitive or confidential information

    • Ability to organize complex information and create structure where needed

    • Clear written communication and strong note-taking skills

    • Ability to move quickly, switch between different types of tasks, and stay steady in a fast-paced environment

    • A builder’s mindset — you like improving systems, not just running them

    • Curiosity about operations, strategy, investigations, law, or organizational safety (experience in any is a plus, not required)

    Why This Role Matters

You’ll help shape the next phase of the business — building systems, improving performance, increasing capacity and amplifying the founder’s impact. This is a chance to grow with the organization, develop a wide skill set, and have a meaningful hand in the company’s future.

    Role Details

    • Full-time or near-full-time

    • Remote with occasional in-person work depending on location

    • Salary/compensation flexible based on experience

  • We’re seeking experienced contract attorneys licensed in New York and/or California to support our team on a range of legal matters across employment law, civil litigation, education law, corporate law and outside counsel services.

This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys who thrive in dynamic environments and are committed to delivering thoughtful, high-quality legal work.

    What You’ll Do

    • Conduct legal research to support a variety of firm matters

    • Analyze facts and legal issues, identifying key patterns and strategic implications

    • Draft legal memoranda, timelines and supporting documents for internal and client use

    • Collaborate with attorneys and clients on sensitive, high-stakes issues with professionalism and discretion

    • Assist in managing case logistics, workflows, and maintaining overall momentum on active matters

    What We’re Looking For

    • Demonstrated experience and competency in one or more of the following: employment law, civil litigation, education law, corporate law, contract drafting or outside counsel services

    • Strong investigative instincts and ability to synthesize complex information

    • Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills

    • High emotional intelligence and discretion when handling confidential or sensitive matters

    • Proven ability to work independently, with sound judgment and attention to detail

    • Comfortable managing deadlines and priorities in fast-paced environments

    Additional Details

    • This is a remote contract position, with potential for occasional in-person meetings

    • Flexible schedule with clear communication and responsiveness expected
