  • Seeking a highly organized and resourceful Paralegal with strong analytical skills to support a growing advisory and legal-adjacent practice. This role blends classic paralegal work with data entry, data review, research, operations support, and the use of AI tools to streamline workflows and contribute to complex matters. Ideal for someone who enjoys variety, can think critically, and thrives in a fast-moving environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support complex legal, strategic, and investigative matters through document review, fact development, research, and drafting

    • Perform precise data entry, data cleaning, and ongoing data analysis to support case strategy and internal operations

    • Use AI tools for drafting, summarizing, managing workflows, and generating analytical insights

    • Prepare, organize, and maintain case files, databases, and internal tracking systems

    • Assist with project management and operational tasks across multiple engagements

    • Draft correspondence, summaries, timelines, and internal memoranda

    • Conduct legal and factual research with attention to detail and accuracy

    • Monitor deadlines, coordinate documents, and support efficient task flow

    • Perform administrative support tasks, including scheduling, inbox management, and logistics when needed

    • Contribute to building systems, templates, and operational infrastructure as the practice grows

    Qualifications

    • Prior paralegal, legal assistant, analyst, or research experience preferred

    • Comfortable working with data; ability to analyze patterns and produce clear summaries

    • Strong proficiency with AI tools, legal research platforms, and modern productivity software

    • Excellent writing, editing and organizational skills

    • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize in a fast-paced environment and remote setting

    • High discretion, professionalism, and ability to handle sensitive matters

    • Works well independently in a remote setting

    • Thrives in a startup-style environment with evolving needs and responsibilities
