Key testimony has come from a former assistant, identified only as “Mia,” who described repeated instances of sexual assault by Combs, including one incident on a private jet. Cassie Ventura’s prior lawsuit, settled in 2023, and video evidence of Combs assaulting her in 2016 have also factored heavily into the prosecution’s case.
