What You’ll Do
Lead and manage sophisticated client matters across litigation, investigations, and advisory work
Conduct and supervise deep legal research, factual investigations, and case strategy development
Draft and review complex legal memoranda, pleadings, agreements, and other client-facing materials
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on sensitive, high-stakes issues with discretion and clarity
Collaborate and contribute to firm strategy, innovation and growth
Mentor junior attorneys and staff and help shape workflows and best practices across matters
What We’re Looking For
Extensive experience in civil litigation, employment law, investigations or corporate advisory
Demonstrated excellence in legal writing
Background in BigLaw, federal prosecution, or high-stakes litigation is strongly preferred
Proven ability to lead matters and manage complexity with professionalism and precision
Exceptional judgment, high emotional intelligence and a reputation for integrity
Entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to contribute to the growth of a values-driven, boutique practice
Additional Details
Full-time, remote position, with potential for occasional in-person collaboration
Flexible schedule, with a focus on responsiveness, autonomy and excellence
Compensation: Competitive, ranging from $140,000 to $250,000, commensurate with experience, qualifications and role
