    What You’ll Do

    • Lead and manage sophisticated client matters across litigation, investigations, and advisory work

    • Conduct and supervise deep legal research, factual investigations, and case strategy development

    • Draft and review complex legal memoranda, pleadings, agreements, and other client-facing materials

    • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on sensitive, high-stakes issues with discretion and clarity

    • Collaborate and contribute to firm strategy, innovation and growth

    • Mentor junior attorneys and staff and help shape workflows and best practices across matters

    What We’re Looking For

    • Extensive experience in civil litigation, employment law, investigations or corporate advisory

    • Demonstrated excellence in legal writing

    • Background in BigLaw, federal prosecution, or high-stakes litigation is strongly preferred

    • Proven ability to lead matters and manage complexity with professionalism and precision

    • Exceptional judgment, high emotional intelligence and a reputation for integrity

    • Entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to contribute to the growth of a values-driven, boutique practice

    Additional Details

    • Full-time, remote position, with potential for occasional in-person collaboration

    • Flexible schedule, with a focus on responsiveness, autonomy and excellence

    • Compensation: Competitive, ranging from $140,000 to $250,000, commensurate with experience, qualifications and role
